The two expressions « have on the tip of your tongue » and « stay on tiptoe » are two references to the body which raise the same issue: the goal remains élusive. A friend or lover couple standing at this end of a wave of velvet tongues and slowly attempt to simultaneously raise up on their tiptoes and, when they find their rhythm, enter in a meditative routine.
