Behind the poetic term « mermaid’s tears » hides a human-made reality that includes mass-produced plastic granules, poured in the aquatic environment and washed ashore with sediment, seaweed and shell. Hanging from the ceiling, a cotton fabric, tainted with industrial pigments, greets this rebuilt foreshore on the part laid on the floor.
